Location is good..Too costly stay as compare with facilities offering.Used towells are in the bathroom.Not cleaned toilet. Rates are very high compare to facilities provided in the room.Food was good testy.used and smelly towells in the room Crocroches flies in the bath room.Need perodical maintenance to AC Overall rating AVERAGE

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bed cover was broken and looked quite old, and the towels provided were dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the room service was poor—the service staff did not come to collect the food waste on time, and as a result, the waste stayed in the room overnight. Overall, I was not satisfied with the hygiene and service standards and hope the management takes steps to improve these areas.

bad smell in the room, cockroaches and Lizards living inside , no proper cleaning.. un able to enter into the room due to the above issues,..we cancelled and returned..

Very much disappointed the stay rooms are not clean, cupboards are very dirty, switches are broken, staffs where very rude, lot of mosquitoes. Overall had a bad experience. Not even stayed for one hour shifted to another hotel ***** with my family. If possible kindly refund my money

One generation behind in infrastructure as well as service. Well kept ambience of the restaurant. But the mood spoiled by the service. Can you imagine using paper cups for juice and tea in any hotel now? but we have here.

I had booked the cottage which was a lake facing stay that is at the very back of the hotel, upon checking in there was no one to show the way to the place which was a little confusing to reach. And once i entered the property the fan in the bedroom was not working. The telephone was not working. There was no way to contact them and the property being very far from the reception there was no way but to walk all the way back to the reception and reporting these issues which was not resolved. I had to stay in the room without a fan and no means to order room service. After complaining at the reception i went to the restaurant and took their phone number and ordered food and asked for 2 extra glasses which were not delivered and had asked again with the person who had delivered the food, even after that i did not receive the glasses. I'm deeply dissatisfied with this stay. After paying so much the service was very bad.

Hi, we travel-led to kottayam by train. As soon as we got down. We took auto for windsor castle. It was a pure booking from us paid extra 3k bcoz we check in to hotel by 9. 30 am. It's a huge property. Good rooms, good amenities, supportive staffs, but snacks inside rooms are too costlier. Including water bottles. But the chair which is attached in toilet for bathing was not properly done. My hubby got hurt bcoz of that. Staffs gave us first aid box but still felt bad. For wat had happened. Rest rooms needs some changes. Overall it was a good hotel, food was not tasty (2/10, but pirate island is soo good. It gives good feel. Also tawa fry is too good. That was the only food that i enjoyed. Landline services was not working properly. Window view, sunset point, everything gave good feel.
